2-3 PM-- Come learn some new hula hoop techniques!

Do you want to try out a new fun form of exercise? Join us for a Saturday afternoon of hula hooping! These aren’t the hula hoops you remember as a kid - these hoops are hardcore. You’ll get the chance to make and decorate your own hula hoop, as well as practice your hooping skills and learn some moves with the Michigan Hoop Girls!
