How it works:

Starting June 11, you can stop by the library to check out your copy of the book. We will have plenty on hand for everyone! Finish the book by the end of June and participate in the weekly Treasure Island Trivia for kids, teens and adults during the month of July. Each time you answer the trivia question correctly you will be put in a drawing to win a hardcover copy of the book and a gift certificate for Red Lobster. There will be a total of 3 winners, one from each age category.

About the Book:

Set in the eighteenth century, Treasure Island spins a heady tale of piracy, a mysterious treasure map, and a host vof sinister characters charged with diabolical intentions. Seen through the eyes of Jim Hawkins, the cabin boy of the Hispaniola, the action-packed adventure tells of a perilous sea journey across the Spanish Main, a mutiny led by the infamous Long John Silver, and a lethal scramble for buried treasure on an exotic isle.
