Respect: Poetry of Detroit Music (on Zoom)

Event Details

M.L. Liebler will join poets and musicians from across the country to perform a collection of songs covering numerous genres including jazz, blues, doo-wop, Motown, classic rock, punk, hip-hop, and techno. Learn about the paths forged by these Detroit artists as you listen to the music that continues to reverberate across the country and around the world. Special guests will include Desiree Cooper, Rev. Robert B Jones, Tyrone William, Lolita Hernandez, and Melba Joyce Boyd with Marion Hayden.
This program will take place on Zoom. Please register to attend and an email with the link will be sent to you the day before.
